Tagging along with your mom to a doctor's appointment could redirect your career path. That’s exactly what happened to Dr. Jennifer Keller (formerly Dr. Feeny) while an undergraduate in biochemistry at Virginia Tech. Her mom’s podiatrist served as a mentor helping guide her decision to become a podiatrist.
Dr. Jennifer Keller earned her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine (New York, NY) in June 1998. She completed her undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech (Blacksburg, VA), earning her B.S. in biochemistry and graduating Cum Laude in May 1993. Following this, Dr. Keller completed her podiatric surgical residency training at Liberty Medical Center and Mercy Medical Center (Baltimore, MD).
Now working with Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital and Lewis Gale Medical Center, Dr. Jennifer Keller is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. She is a member of American Podiatric Medical Association, Virginia Podiatric Medical Association, and American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management. Dr. Keller is also a Fellow at American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. In addition, she is a member of the Botetourt County Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Keller enjoys riding horses and trail running with her dog in her free time.
